Return Process

  Place the watch or clock in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
